What is a Winning Lesson?
A Winning lesson is a process that is used to continue the education and development of all participants who partake in a Winning Workshop. Winning lessons represent a collection of assignments that show a participant’s efforts and progress in the integration of training. They also display the successful collaboration of individuals with their every day work groups. These lessons are as important to employees’ success in living a Winning lifestyle as the actual training itself.
Why Conduct Winning Lessons?
Winning lessons enable a participant to demonstrate his/her growth and learning over an extended period of time between training sessions. It is an alternative to traditional forms of assessment, such as examination, essay style reporting and oral review. Winning lessons provide authentic measurement that enables each participant to demonstrate desired behavioral outcomes in a real work situation, rather than the “artificial setting” of a traditional training environment.
How are Winning Lessons Conducted?
The Focus Group coaching staff works alongside participants as part of their Winning lessons. Assignments are structured to take training content and convert it to practical activities that are used in the workplace and within their own work groups.
